TIBS for Kids understands the need to address the concerns of families and offers solutions for children to achieve their maximum potential.

Dr. Kavita Arora holds licenses as an occupational therapist (1981), physical therapist (2007), and a behavior analyst (2019). Dr. Arora specializes in pediatric therapies for children with various diagnoses and has more than 30-years of clinical, managerial and administrative experience.

Dr. Arora started Sensational Kidz Therapy (providing center-based OT, PT, Speech Therapy and nutritional services) in 2008 and Behavior Innovations (providing home and center-based ABA therapy services to children with Autism) in 2013. Dr. Arora acquired an adult physical therapy practice, Body Kinetics Rehab in Annandale, Virginia in 2014 and converted it into a multi-disciplinary practice, modeling that of Sensational Kidz.

Dr. Arora also partnered with Dr. Jigisha Chaudhary, to open a multidisciplinary center in India, providing OT, PT, Speech and ABA therapy, as well as special education, mental health, neurological, prevocational and vocational services for children with special needs. Dr. Arora is a co-founder and board member of Children’s Institute of Development and Advancement (CIDA-India-2017) and Founder of TIBS for Kids (USA-2021).

Dr. Anu Gandotra is the co-founder of TIBS for Kids and has served on the Board of Directors since its inception in July 2021. Dr. Gandotra is a licensed Physical Therapist, who holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rutgers University.

Dr. Gandotra specializes in pediatric therapy and is an active member of the Early Intervention Providers Association and APTA. Throughout her career as a pediatric physical therapist, Dr. Gandotra has held positions with ten healthcare systems, spanning five states.

Dr. Gandotra is also the founder of U.S. Healthcare Services, LLC, a pediatric therapy staffing agency. As CEO, Dr. Gandotra oversees the placement of related services for school- aged children, covering the entire state of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Jigisha Chaudhary is a leading pediatrician with more than 15 years of experience serving families and children in New Jersey. Her practice is affiliated with several hospitals including JFK Medical Center (Hackensack Meridian group), RWJ University Hospital, St. Peters Children’s Hospital and Raritan Bay Medical center.

Dr. Chaudhary focuses on developmental and behavior concerns such as autism, ADHD, ADD, learning delays, speech and language disorders, sensory processing disorders, mental health illnesses, eating disorders and more.

In 2018 Dr. Chaudhary cofounded Children’s Institute of Development and Advancement. Dr. Chaudhary is a co-founder and board member of Children’s Institute of Development and Advancement (CIDA-India).
